Ms. Grandjean was born in Copenhagen and has studied economics and communication in Copenhagen and Aarhus. She has also lived in Waterloo, Belgium, for six years.

Ms. Grandjean has worked with statistics, communication and administration in both private and public companies for many years. She is also volunteers as a counsellor at Livslinien.

What I most like about Denmark and Copenhagen?

”I like that it has the air of a big city, and yet you’re close to forrests, the sea and the countryside. I also enjoy the variety of cultural events as well as the openmindedness.”

Ms. Katrine (Kat) Dalsgaard

Ms. Katrine (Kat) Dalsgaard

Ms. Dalsgaard was born and raised in the center of Copenhagen and spent her summers in Finland. She is half Danish and half Finnish. Ms. Dalsgaard was educated as a secretary at Københavns Socialpædagogiske seminarium. Afterwards, she earned a degree in social work from Den Sociale Højskole.

She has worked most of her professional life as a social worker in various unions, and has also worked as a secretary in a psychological clinic.

What I most like about Denmark and Copenhagen?

“I love that Copenhagen holds a large variety of people and I love the diversity you find here. I always feel safe here, and I find that people are generally kind and open.”
